Information we collect
When you submit a quotation, technical-assistance or contact enquiry, VoltEdge may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, product or model, quantity, project details and message.
How we use enquiry information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide technical or commercial assistance, prepare quotations, follow up on project requirements and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Website and security information
The hosting environment may record standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and server logs for operation, troubleshooting and security. The current VoltEdge website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-marketing tracking.
WordPress inquiry records
Where inquiry logging is enabled, a backup copy of the submitted enquiry is stored in the private WordPress administration area. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Enquiries should be retained only as long as needed for technical, commercial and record-keeping purposes.
Technical documents and external links
The website provides product documentation and may link to external websites, including purchasing or manufacturer-related resources. External websites operate under their own privacy practices.
Cookies
WordPress may use functional cookies where required for administration or site operation. If analytics or other optional tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required cookie controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
